Fulltime Equipment Operator

Requirements:

• Experience in using a bulldozer and wheel loader
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to stay productive with minimal supervision
• Heavy equipment operations
• Process soil and other materials as requested
• Ability to load/unload materials such as Topsoil, Mulch, Gravel, Sand, etc.

Flexible schedule is REQUIRED. Will be responsible for snow removal in the winter.

Below are some additional requirements for the position:

• Arrive to work on time.
• Accurate daily timesheets.
• Communication with management is key.
• Follow Keller Farms policies set forth in the employee handbook.
• Oversee and maintain all landscape equipment.
• Maintain valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus!).
• Insure proper use and care of all company equipment, tools and supplies.
• Must be willing to work various hours, nights and weekends, especially during snow season.
• Must have small tools and equipment experience.
• Must have landscape experience and knowledge.
